i believe that my life is a moment of focus, and like the transition back to the broader context of the moment that occurs when i am done reading this here now, so too will my death be merely a transition back to a familiar context.

that state too, whenever i shall be through with it, will be a transition back to a familiar context as well. the same is true for any other states leading back the way to my true form. i choose to believe in the context of this moment of focus that this true form is ultimately of love and peace.

am i the dreamer? i am made of consciousness.

i believe that your life is another moment of focus and that at some awakening or transition i will recall the context. it will not be frightening. it will be as it has always been.

life is a like a moment of focus on an idea. death is like the transition back to the broader context of life.

i believe that i cannot focus on this moment, for whatever reason, and maintain any more than a peripheral awareness of other contexts of consciousness which i am familiar. in any case, i could not enjoy this moment as much without focusing on it to the exclusion of other moments in my broader awareness.

it is for this reason i have no fear of death. it will not be frightening. it will be as it has always been. it will be a recollection to a familiar context of awareness.

it is for this reason that i am motivated to be an advocate to maximize the realization of love and freedom.

i believe that in doing so i am advocating love and freedom for myself. for my own experience.

i can see dementia arising from this view. i have seen psychosis from this view, but it hasn't convinced me that reality is otherwise.

i have convinced myself prior to now of everything under the sun in metaphysics and haven't seen any proof of any of it.

my grounding is in the scientific method and my interests are in technology and humanity.
